Q7 smartwatch app wont download

This watch only worked for about five days. After that the date and time it would only do military time which I hate were way off and I was no longer able to connect to Bluetooth And the watch quit tracking my steps.

Also I used the Q7 Sport Smartwatch app, the correct app and it still did not work. The phone was able to connect to Q7. It there were two devices on Bluetooth-q7 and q7-le. Anyways the app is terrible to add and connect a device and even if I got it connected in this app the data from Q7 would not sync to app at all. Clicking on firmware check would simply crash the app. Reboot the device had no effect. There were no helpful indications what so ever on what is wrong.
